Refund policy

Aniamor Nutrition is a division of Biovencer Healthcare Private Limited provides the option of product return or refund, provided the product is in good and resale-able condition. If you find a product defective, you can email us at aniamornutrition@gmail.com

Customers must ensure that the product is undamaged and in good condition before returning the product. When returning products, please make sure they are properly packaged and arrive in good condition. It is your responsibility to return the product to us (even if the delivery driver leaves your location). If the product is returned, we will exchange the product after confirming that there are no problems.

Product exchange or replacements are subject to the stock availability of that product. Also, the product will not be exchanged unless it reaches us.

Refund policy

Your payment will not be refunded until we receive the product.

Once the order is placed, it will not be cancelled in case of prepaid orders.

The product eligible for return should be returned based on the following criteria or should satisfy the following criteria:

  • Products must be unused and in good condition.
  • Product seals, packaging, tags, logos and boxes must be in their original condition.
  • Once this eligibility criteria is met, the product can be repackaged and
  • If the returned item is found to be non-refundable, the same item will be returned and no further returns will be

Products will not be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged / Misused / Opened / Used Products
  • Products returned based on flavors/ disliking/ stomach upset/ brands/ refused by your physician/wrong product ordered/ multiple products ordered by you or your family members and any other personal reasons/problems.
  • products without seals, boxes, labels, and packaging accessories or materials.
